咖喱蝦

經東南亞食品店舖的老闆介紹下, 我煮了這個咖喱南瓜蝦, 味道不錯哩, 跟泰國菜館吃的味道一樣.

eva, 我這個是印尼咖喱, 完全不辣的, 其實只用了一包咖喱,一盒椰漿,10塊檸檬葉. 非常簡單.
老闆初時介紹我買泰國咖喱,(我認得yves之前都有介紹過, 我諗更加好味), 但會比較辣, 所以選了這個不辣的印尼咖喱. 他教先用水煮開咖喱&所有材料, 最後才加入椰漿稍煮.
