黃金蝦& 香煎法國鵝肝, 真係超高膽固醇呢~~個蝦是用了6個鹹蛋黃炒成的~~大家係咪好驚呢??

何太,
我睇番個食譜, 原來係蔡瀾寫ga~~
材料:
蝦……10-15隻 (我買了一斤)
鹹蛋黃…… 11-15隻 (我用了6隻)
牛油…….隨意
鹽…….適量
胡椒粉….. 適量
做法:
1~~蝦去殼, 洗淨, 代用
2~~將鹹蛋黃蒸熟, 用叉壓碎
3~~用牛油起鑊, 再放入鹹蛋黃碎炒香
4~~再放入蝦一同炒
5~~灑下鹽&胡椒粉, 炒至蝦全熟即可上碟
