今日整左兩樣新東東, 法式焗茄子&夏拉麵包(其實我都唔識什麼什麼夏拉, 只是書本上是這樣寫的, 是法國麵包一種)~~

你用邊隻cheese, 我用果d cheese 成日都係只可以焗到溶, 無金黃色既?

何太,我只用了在citysuper買的mozzarella碎芝士, 百佳惠康都有得賣個d, 用180c焗到上色太約是6min左右, 其實好快上色ga, 所以通常要hou實, 如果唔係容易燒黑~~

點解我都係用mozzarella碎芝士, 不過次次焗完都只係溶, 不個都係白色既??
