伯爵紅茶雪芳蛋糕

伯爵紅茶chiffon:

紅茶包 3包
熱水 60ml (60g)

蛋黃 3個
細砂糖 30g
沙拉油 30ml (28g)
紅茶包 2包
低筋麵粉 85g
泡打粉 2g
rum酒 15ml (15g)

蛋白 5個
鹽 少許
細砂糖 50g

1.紅茶包3個加入熱水泡5min...成紅茶液備用
2.蛋黃+糖30g打勻~~隔熱水打至糖溶.
3.加入沙拉油拌勻...加入紅茶液拌勻..加入紅茶包2個(cut開袋取出)拌勻
4.篩入底粉拌勻 & 加rum酒
5.蛋白加鹽打至起泡,砂糖分幾次加入打至企身~
6.蛋白分次加入蛋黃糊拌勻..
7.180度焗30min
