芝士肉鬆軟包 (直接法) from Elsa高筋麵粉 200g乾酵母 4g水 100g蛋 20g糖 30g鹽 2g牛油 12g1. 將所有材料拌勻(牛油在成麵團後才加)並搓至滑身成簿膜2. 第一次發酵至2-3倍大3. 分割成4個小麵團及勻圓它們,靜止5分鐘4. 整型後第二次發酵至2倍大5. 輕手塗蛋液在麵團面6. 舖肉鬆再舖芝士 (肉鬆最好給芝士蓋住,否則易烘燶)7. 入預熱190度焗爐焗15-20分鐘
