生炒糯米飯

上年做過兩次, 今次已經是我第三次炒這個糯米飯了, 但總是覺得炒得不夠熟, 究竟要怎樣煮才煮得好ga~~

真的很久沒來了
你好嗎

生炒糯米飯我也做過
份量記不起了
但大概是

糯米用水浸3-4小時
隔水備用

材料如冬菇、臘腸、蝦米、芹菜...
加調味(如糖、豉油...)炒起備用

另備一碗調味水
內放如豉油、糖、老抽、胡椒粉等...

易潔鑊下油(用中火)
下糯米抄勻
下少許調味水
抄至乾身
再下調味水
抄至乾身
一直這步驟直至到你喜歡糯米的軟熟度
再拌入之前炒好的材料再炒勻即可

我就是這樣做的了
