新年快樂真的很久沒來了你好嗎生炒糯米飯我也做過份量記不起了但大概是糯米用水浸3-4小時隔水備用材料如冬菇、臘腸、蝦米、芹菜...加調味(如糖、豉油...)炒起備用另備一碗調味水內放如豉油、糖、老抽、胡椒粉等...易潔鑊下油(用中火)下糯米抄勻下少許調味水抄至乾身再下調味水抄至乾身一直這步驟直至到你喜歡糯米的軟熟度再拌入之前炒好的材料再炒勻即可我就是這樣做的了我時間可試試

生炒糯米飯我也做過

但大概是

隔水備用

另備一碗調味水
內放如豉油、糖、老抽、胡椒粉等...
易潔鑊下油(用中火)
下糯米抄勻
下少許調味水
抄至乾身
再下調味水
抄至乾身
一直這步驟直至到你喜歡糯米的軟熟度
再拌入之前炒好的材料再炒勻即可
我就是這樣做的了
