芝士洋蔥蘑菇批

曾經已做過好幾次這類批, 但每次總是覺得批底做得不夠脆, 可能是我的搓粉手法有些問題吧~~
看見有些食譜是用麥粉做批底的, 今次我又試一下~~

good good. My uncle taught me that can bake the pie crust FIRST before putting in filling for a crispier crust, of course it depends on what you like.
