蝦米粉絲


今日跟網友們閒談時, 發覺原來大家都很喜歡吃這道菜, 而這個傳統又簡單的小菜, 其實是一般香港人由小吃到大的一味家常菜, 但我沒有特別的喜歡它, 甚至乎已將它遺忘了, 而且我亦從來未做過這味菜呢~~
即時到廚房找找看, 幸運地找到了蝦米&粉絲, 再接收了mabel即時打給我的notes, 結果.....呵呵呵 .....我煮得又幾好味bor~~ 謝謝mabel~~

mommy dearest, I didn’t put chicken stock. mabel taught me put some water and chicken powder instead, it tastes delicious.

TEDNY好多蝦米,我是我喜歡夏天餸菜之一,清爽好味道。
其實加多少少水,的粉C吸左的味,的粉C仲好味。我炒都有癡鑊架,如果用易潔鑊就無這個問題。
