沒有麵粉的特濃古力蛋糕

由於愛你最近幫我買了幾排古力, 所以一於繼續古力落去, 今次是用了愛蓮給我的食譜, 較特別之處是沒有麵粉做成的~~

thank you mommy dearest, just only used three egg white and three yolk. it's quite easy.

謝謝士多啤啤, 這個蛋糕的古力味會比較濃, 用古力的比例都是比較多一些的~~

無麵粉的特濃朱古力餅 (from 愛蓮)
材料:
幼砂糖 30克
無鹽牛油 80克
雞蛋 3 個 (分開蛋黃及蛋白)
70%純朱古力 150克
裝飾鮮果 適量

做法:
(1) 預熱焗爐至180度約15分鐘;
(2) 朱古力、牛油用熱水座溶備用;
(3) 蛋黃打至忌廉狀,加入朱古力牛油中拌勻;
(4) 蛋白打至起泡,分兩次加入幼砂糖打至挺身;
(5) 朱古力糊中加入1/3蛋白拌勻,再下餘下蛋白;
(6) 倒入焗盤放入焗爐焗約35-40分鐘即可取出放涼,
撒些糖粉並伴以鮮果裝飾。
** 此款朱古力餅不含麵粉,出爐後中央部份會塌下。
