薑蔥炒蟹 & 蒜蓉蒸聖子

炒蟹好好味~~ 聖子蒸過龍而縮細了, 樣子醜醜咁, 原本差不多有手掌咁長ga, 真係覺得浪費了~~
有冇人可以教我怎樣煮聖子呢~~

我通常係買時,問o個個人蒸幾耐會熟...
跟住佢教我蒸幾耐,我實蒸多 2 分鐘...

好豐富既生日晚餐~
無論蒸或炒聖子係會縮水架~
(迷你象拔蚌都係架)
蒸耐咗雖然口感冇咁好~
但都係穩陣d好~
食咗肚子唔舒服就唔好啦~

你下次試吓用豉椒炒聖子(唔要殼)~
都好好味架(老公話)~

我未整過聖子,只食過魚生聖子就真,但我同藍雨一樣一定會問魚佬蒸幾多分鐘,如果唔記得就一定蒸10分鐘左右。

Try this: Make sure the clams are fresh... mince garlic and ginger, fry with oil for a bit, take up and cool.

Lay the bamboo clams on plate, sprinkle on some Chinese Wine and the garlic mixture. make sure water boiling, steam for 4 to 5 minutes.

serve with fresh green onion on top, if you like can put basil or parsley too.
