我通常係買時,問o個個人蒸幾耐會熟...跟住佢教我蒸幾耐,我實蒸多 2 分鐘...
下...2分鐘...藍雨, 我就係唔記得左問, 又未整過, 我蒸左8分鐘ah...死未~~
Tendy~好豐富既生日晚餐~無論蒸或炒聖子係會縮水架~(迷你象拔蚌都係架)蒸耐咗雖然口感冇咁好~但都係穩陣d好~食咗肚子唔舒服就唔好啦~你下次試吓用豉椒炒聖子(唔要殼)~都好好味架(老公話)~
愛蓮, 我就係驚死咪蒸耐d lor~~嘻~我估呢樣野愛蓮都唔會食ga la, 所以最後加左"括弧老公話", 哈哈~~
我未整過聖子,只食過魚生聖子就真,但我同藍雨一樣一定會問魚佬蒸幾多分鐘,如果唔記得就一定蒸10分鐘左右。
Try this: Make sure the clams are fresh... mince garlic and ginger, fry with oil for a bit, take up and cool.Lay the bamboo clams on plate, sprinkle on some Chinese Wine and the garlic mixture. make sure water boiling, steam for 4 to 5 minutes.serve with fresh green onion on top, if you like can put basil or parsley too.
