極黑豬扒

扒類食品一向是我家最常食的食物, 尤其是羊扒&牛扒, 上星期嫂嫂送了我兩塊極黑豬扒(極黑豚), 覺得味道很不錯呢, 聽講在以前英國只會提供比皇室成員進食, 這豬肉還可以跟羊扒牛扒一樣不用煮至全熟, 以後的晚餐可以多一個選擇了~~
