油炸鬼焗水蛋

從電視上學做的菜, 水蛋上面放上油炸鬼入爐焗, 十分香脆~~

我細個時阿婆成日整呢個做餸ga! 好懷念呀!
不過佢d油炸鬼係浸晒落d強度,稔稔地好好味ga!
你呢個應該又脆又稔,一次滿足兩種口感 :>

laam, 我見佢幾得意又易整咪試下lor~~

elaine, 佢本身係教你加叉燒絲,冬姑絲,果皮絲, 我唔想專登買舊叉燒, 所以用左乾瑤柱和冬姑絲~~如果你整, 你先將2/3蛋液和切絲材料200C焗約15min, 拿出再加入淨餘蛋液在面, 舖上油條再焗約5min~~
