我細個時阿婆成日整呢個做餸ga! 好懷念呀!不過佢d油炸鬼係浸晒落d強度,稔稔地好好味ga!你呢個應該又脆又稔,一次滿足兩種口感 :>
如果整呢個餸老公只肯食蒸蛋個part而我就負責清咗啲油炸鬼變咗一餸兩人分開食
奧利芙, 乜原來這個送係好耐之前已經有ga la, 我還以前係d新發明tim, 覺得都幾好ah, 你做la, 懷緬一下~~愛蓮, 唔0岩你地食ah, 熱氣ga, d油條焗到脆晒咁, 如果你做呢個送實比老公嘈~~
呢個餸咁特別,我聽都未聽過呀 ^_^
好得意喎!淨用蛋+油條?
laam, 我見佢幾得意又易整咪試下lor~~elaine, 佢本身係教你加叉燒絲,冬姑絲,果皮絲, 我唔想專登買舊叉燒, 所以用左乾瑤柱和冬姑絲~~如果你整, 你先將2/3蛋液和切絲材料200C焗約15min, 拿出再加入淨餘蛋液在面, 舖上油條再焗約5min~~
