不再皺皮的懶人蛋糕


睇了Mabel留給我的comment後, 我即時入廚房再戰我的蒸蛋糕, 看似簡簡單單的蒸蛋糕, 原來都有很多要注意的地方哩! 今次的成品仍不算是滿意, 但起碼不再似老婆婆了!

恭喜!總算不再變成老太婆,其實這些蒸糕你可以放8分幾9分滿都不怕,它不會好像瑪芬咁高到倒下。

對啊!用括刀就可以,不要用打蛋器,會消泡,蛋糕會變得很重,蒸出來的蛋糕不夠鬆。

用括刀時要輕輕力,由底反上,好似整清蛋糕的手法,我覺得比較好。

你的蒸蛋糕還有什麼問題,可以提出來討論。
每個人整的手法不同,出來的效果及口感都會不同,而你們只是差一點點的經驗和技巧。
