蘿蔔糕

又是大製作, 今日與姐姐合作做了好多好多的蘿蔔糕, 總共做了15斤蘿蔔, 另做多一盤芋頭糕, 我們要開恆三個爐同時來蒸, 還要蒸兩輪; 不過蒸完後我只掛住食食食而忘了拍照, 送貨再回家後, 只餘下一盤, 而且還要是食過的!

我媽媽我上次弄了兩底足料蘿蔔糕也用了五斤蘿蔔呀..... 被我跟弟弟妹妹在兩天內 KO...
媽媽都驚訝我們消化蘿蔔糕的能力比上年的強呀!

蘿蔔糕好好味呀~ 芋頭糕都不差~ 不過好易食滯~~~ 仲有馬蹄糕添呀~~ 想起都流口水na~hehe

joyce, d 蘿蔔真係好重, 買廿蚊都拎到死下死下! 你地都幾鬼勁, 兩日就已經殲滅左d蘿蔔糕.

波子, 本來我都想再整, 但係可能冇時間整la, 因為要做下d年尾清潔工作.

我的芋頭糕只是用了自己的方法, 係騎le 版, 不過都幾好味, 因為加了清雞湯.
方法我係大概跟你蘿蔔糕的方法, 而我將1/3芋頭搓蓉;
1)你先將芋頭全部切粒, 蒸熟, 1/3芋頭搓蓉.
2)將沾米粉和清雞湯攪勻, 加入芋頭蓉攪勻
3)再加入調味料和炒熟的臘味蝦米, 芋頭粒攪勻後便可蒸.

材料:
芋頭 1斤
粘米粉 半斤
清雞湯 700ml
蝦米 2兩
臘腸 3條
臘肉半條

調味料: (可隨個人喜好)
鹽 1/4 湯匙
胡椒粉 1/2 茶匙
五香粉1 茶匙
(這個份量大約可做一盆8")
(我覺得可以加芋頭粒粒的份量)
